The External Communications Supervisor at World Business Lenders will lead all external communications initiatives, focusing on investor relations and marketing strategy.

In Short

• 100% remote position for Turkey, LATAM, and India.
• Contract/Consultant role with working hours from 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
• Requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Key point of contact for investors and potential investors.
• Manage investor due diligence processes.
• Draft and maintain policies and communications for the Investor Relations department.
• Collaborate with business units to improve workflow efficiency.
• Support planning and rollout of investor-related initiatives.
• Create and maintain investor documents and reports.
• Monitor project timelines and support resolution processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design and business tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Word, Excel).
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Experience in investor relations is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• High level of accuracy and professionalism in work.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to take on ad hoc projects.
