The Data Analyst in the eCommerce Product Analytics team at Coupang will lead data analysis across all areas post-purchase, driving critical decision-making processes.

• Set and track KPI metrics, generate and manage business reports.
• Collaborate with various teams to capture high-level insights.

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience in analyzing data and presenting actionable plans.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Presto, and Airflow.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly.
