In Short

The Data Product Analyst will be a key member of our product team, owning and evolving our DataStudio platform.
This role requires a blend of data analytics expertise, data infrastructure thought partnership, product stewardship, and customer-centric communication.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) are essential.
Approximately 20% of the time will be spent directly interacting with customers.
Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, managing dashboards, and ensuring data integrity.
Collaboration with the product and engineering teams to define product vision and roadmap goals.
Training customers and internal stakeholders on data products and BI tools.
Maintaining documentation on reports, dashboards, and best practices.
Contributing to internal knowledge bases for data-related workflows.
Ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards such as HIPAA.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
Familiarity with BI tools like Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
Ability to build dashboards and BI solutions that inform strategic decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in product management principles.
Prior healthcare software experience is preferred.
Understanding of healthcare data and privacy standards such as HIPAA compliance is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
