In Short

  • The Data Product Analyst will be a key member of our product team, owning and evolving our DataStudio platform.
  • This role requires a blend of data analytics expertise, data infrastructure thought partnership, product stewardship, and customer-centric communication.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (preferably Snowflake) are essential.
  • Approximately 20% of the time will be spent directly interacting with customers.
  • Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, managing dashboards, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaboration with the product and engineering teams to define product vision and roadmap goals.
  • Training customers and internal stakeholders on data products and BI tools.
  • Maintaining documentation on reports, dashboards, and best practices.
  • Contributing to internal knowledge bases for data-related workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards such as HIPAA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to build dashboards and BI solutions that inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in product management principles.
  • Prior healthcare software experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare data and privacy standards such as HIPAA compliance is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
