As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Coupa, you will play a crucial role in developing solutions for our Enterprise platform, enhancing efficiency and reliability for internal customers.

In Short

Leverage automation to enhance infrastructure reliability and performance.
Ensure services and infrastructure are reliable and scalable.
Evaluate and implement industry products to optimize internal processes.
Coordinate Incident, Problem, Release, and Change Management.
Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.
Leverage observability for informed decision-making.
Participate in an on-call routine in a 24x7 environment.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in Cloud Operations Support / SRE.
Hands-on experience with Cloud/SaaS architecture using AWS/GCP.
Experience with Observability and Monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience with Log Parsing tools.
Proficient in one or more programming languages like Ruby or Python.
Experience with SDLC and Agile Practices.
Hands-on experience with Terraform and configuration management tools.
Expertise in problem-solving for distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills.
