The Senior Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex programs and projects across the organization, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in IT program/project management.
• Strong record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Knowledgeable in SDLC and emerging technologies.
• Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
