Overview

The Instructional Designer at Coupa is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality eLearning and training content for product training aimed at customers, partners, and employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years in curriculum management or instructional design.
• Experience in adult learning and professional training programs.
• BA or BS in Education, Instructional Design, or relevant field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and authoring tools.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent writing, editing skills, and attention to detail.
