In Short

  • Responsible for rolling out assigned safety, health and environmental objectives.
  • Facilitate and maintain Cotton’s HSE programs and solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Cotton HSE Management System.
  • Communicate with leadership regarding HSE metrics and compliance.
  • Conduct on-site risk assessments and Job Hazard Analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policy.
  • Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Drive the evolution of the organization's safety culture.
  • Maintain knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Safety, Environmental, and Risk Management.
  • Experience in the Construction industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Proficient in project and time management.
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective training programs.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
