Founders Associate (f/m/d) - Remote

Overview

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founders of Cosuno and have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects in the areas of Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. Your main task will be to enhance commercial efficiency by supporting cross-functional projects and driving innovative solutions.

In Short

• Work directly with founders and the CRO to identify and realize commercial initiatives that drive company growth.
• Lead projects in Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success with a clear focus on efficiency and growth.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure all commercial activities align with overarching company goals.
• Analyze market developments and customer requirements to sustainably promote Cosuno's success.
• Support the development of new sales and go-to-market strategies, optimize existing processes, and promote expansion into new markets.

Requirements

• Initial experience through internships in a fast-growing startup, investment banking, or consulting, ideally focused on commercial projects.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to accompany projects from conception to implementation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ambition to develop in a dynamic and fast-growing organization and a desire to take on long-term responsibilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
