Requirements

• Education in Business Administration focusing on Operations, Finance, or HR; commercial training is also acceptable
• Professional experience in a comparable field is more important than educational background
• Ideally, experience in a SaaS startup or a fully digitized, agile, and fast-growing company in the software or IT sector
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn, resilience, and high digital affinity
• Motivation and digital competence to work in a dynamic and high-tech environment
• Ability to independently identify and proactively solve tasks, problems, and challenges
• Structured and organized working style with process affinity and use of digital tools and software systems
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and comparable software tools like Datev, Slack/Mattermost, Notion, Personio, Stripe, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, empathetic approach to customers and colleagues
• Very good English and German language skills
