In Short

You will take ownership of communication and PR initiatives from the CEO office, working closely with the marketing team.
You will have strategic ownership to drive and manage the term planning process across the entire organization, aligning teams and helping establish clear company priorities.
You will own and moderate the all-hands company-wide presentations, coordinating with various departments.
You will assist with administrative and operational tasks in the CEO office as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will play a key role in fostering collaboration between the CEO office, the Executive Team, and the wider organization.
You will gain deep insight into the workings of a growing SaaS scale-up in the security and compliance market, contributing to key business decisions and operations.

Requirements

You have a university degree in a business or technology-related field (or equivalent).
You have experience in challenging environments such as management consulting, investment banking, or start-ups.
You have hands-on experience managing public communications, PR, and social media presence.
You possess excellent communication and writing skills.
You are a driven, action-oriented individual with a strong desire to push initiatives and ideas forward.
You are a self-starter who thrives in both strategic and detail-oriented tasks.
You have a strong command of both German and English.
