Founders' Associate - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and entrepreneurial all-rounder to join us as a Founders' Associate. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work closely with experienced founders, and play a key role in scaling an early-stage startup. If you are passionate about fintech, education, and making a real impact, we would love to hear from you!

In Short

• You’ll get the chance to take on a variety of tasks – no two days will be the same!
• Work closely with the CEO, CCO & COO, in areas like strategy, business development, marketing, and product.
• Have direct conversations with our students, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• ... is either currently enrolled in or has recently completed a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Digital Innovation, or a related field. But: Motivation and energy matter more than a degree – if this sounds like you, apply and convince us!
• ... is bold, curious, and mission-driven, with a strong work ethic.
• ... has excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and common sense.
• ... is passionate about fintech and/or education and shares our belief that wasted educational potential is one of the greatest tragedies of our time.
• ... is fluent in both German and English.
