• Contribute to building and maintaining financial models, including P&L analyses and DCF models.
• Support financial planning for Income Share Agreements.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop automated reporting functions.
• Analyze financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Work with accountants and lawyers to optimize processes.
• Assist in capital/debt structuring projects.
• Fluent in German and B2+ English required.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a startup environment.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
