Overview

The Account Executive for Zero Balance is responsible for managing client projects and relationships, conducting research on hospital contracts, and providing analytical insights to address client inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in research and analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience with managed care contracts.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Understanding of MySQL is a plus.
