• Experience with U.S. GAAP and accounting procedures.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and plan effectively.
• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus.
• Graduate degree is a plus.
