Operating Group Engineering & Maintenance Lead - Remote

Overview

This role leads the manufacturing engineering and maintenance across the operating group to achieve the Operating Group Strategic Annual Plans.

In Short

• Lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance across the operating group.
• Collaborate with leadership to create an annual Strategic Annual Plan.
• Implement new technologies and equipment to drive cost efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with division engineering standards.
• Facilitate a multi-year capital plan for equipment uptime.
• Manage a team of engineering and maintenance leaders.
• Achieve Operating Group SAP objectives.
• Ensure safe behavior and safety compliance.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years in a management/supervisory capacity.
• Experience managing large capital projects.
• Skilled in MS Office at an advanced level.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Able to travel up to 50%.
