Overview

The Lead Operating Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the assigned facility, often acting as the sole engineer on-site.

• Physical ability to lift and move equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Experience in HVAC and related systems.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
