Overview

The Lead Operating Engineer plays a vital role in supporting the facility management team to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. This position involves addressing client inquiries, performing maintenance on building systems, and coordinating with contractors.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job.
• Strong communication skills with team and clients.
• Experience in facilities/property management is beneficial.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
