Overview

The Operating Engineer is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within assigned properties, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
