Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with building life safety systems.
• Proven experience in mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of building CMMS systems.
• Ability to provide technical advice to subordinates.
• Experience implementing quality assurance programs.
• Knowledge of safety and fire prevention regulations.
• Experience managing contractors.
• Preferred: Corrigo experience and supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate facility management.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
