Overview

The Operating Engineering Lead is responsible for the operational management and effective daily leadership of the engineering team, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery and systems.

• Manage daily operations of the engineering team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 7+ years of facility-related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technicians.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
