Overview

The Operating Engineering Level 2 Lead at JLL is responsible for overseeing tenant services, preventive maintenance, equipment monitoring, and general maintenance to ensure tenant comfort and safety in building operations.

In Short

• Complete tasks with minimum supervision as directed by the Lead Engineer.
• Respond to tenant service requests and complaints.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Monitor and record equipment performance and operational occurrences.
• Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the building.
• Make adjustments and repairs to HVAC equipment.
• Assist in the startup and shutdown of mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in mechanical spaces.
• Collaborate with outside contractors for major repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in building operations or facilities management.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
