Overview

As a Manufacturing Sales Representative at Cornerstone Building Brands, you will be responsible for representing top siding and accessories brands, building relationships with contractors, and driving sales in your assigned market.

In Short

  • Responsible for creating and executing a strategic prospecting strategy.
  • Build relationships with contractors and end users.
  • Drive contractor engagement and loyalty.
  • Promote and sell exterior surfaces building products.
  • Maintain a sales database for tracking customer information.
  • Attend sales meetings both in and out of state.
  • Evaluate competition and provide insights to teams.
  • Address product quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with local distribution representatives.
  • Conduct local product training for contractors.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales and territory management skills.
  • Ability to find and engage new customers.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prospecting skills with distribution partners.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in channel sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General knowledge of building materials is a plus.
  • Experience with exterior siding materials is a plus.
