Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• 5+ years in Building Materials preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes.
• Ability to analyze market conditions.
• Strong understanding of drafting and estimating.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Must coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
