Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Building Materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of construction processes and ability to analyze market conditions.
• Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans.
• Strong understanding of Drafting and Estimating.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
