Overview

The Director, Human Resources – Manufacturing is responsible for driving the human capital agenda across multiple manufacturing facilities in the West Region of the U.S., reporting directly to the Vice-President Human Resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10 years of professional HR experience.
• 5 years supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Experience in talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
• Proven track record in change management.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.
