Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Director, Corporate FP&A is a key leadership position within the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence at Cornerstone Building Brands, responsible for shaping financial planning processes that drive enterprise-wide performance and strategic decision-making.

In Short

• Owns the annual budget and future 18-month rolling forecast process.
• Coordinates input and collaboration across multiple divisions and stakeholders.
• Delivers timely, reliable, and insightful financial information to the organization.
• Identifies and articulates strategic opportunities and risks through financial modeling.
• Leads a team of three FP&A professionals.
• Champions automation and process improvement.
• Acts as a thought partner to the VP of Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations.
• Provides specialized advice for capital allocation and cost management.
• Supports KPI development and performance management.
• Prepares content for investor relations communications.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required.
• Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in people management.
• Manufacturing or product-driven industry experience required.
• OneStream software experience strongly preferred.
• Strong technical capability with financial information automation.
• Exhibits strong time management skills.
• High character, flexible leader with collaboration skills.
• Mergers, acquisition, and divestiture modeling experience preferred.
