Director of Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead financial planning, forecasting, and decision support for the commercial, delivery, and operations teams, reporting directly to the CFO.

• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Support strategic decision-making for product profitability.
• Drive annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial analysis reporting for operational decision-making.

• Work 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in finance and planning.
• Deep understanding of FP&A principles and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and EPM solutions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Results-driven with attention to detail.
