Overview

LILT is seeking a Director of FP&A to build and lead our financial planning and analysis function, partnering with leadership to drive financial insights and support the company's growth.

In Short

• Build and own the FP&A function from scratch.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Work closely with department heads to drive financial accountability.
• Support the CFO in preparing board decks and investor updates.
• Create and maintain financial models for various metrics.
• Define and track company-wide KPIs.
• Develop scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Implement FP&A systems and tools.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on profitability and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong background in building FP&A functions.
• Expertise in SaaS metrics and financial frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
