Director of Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead our global strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support Broadvoice’s growth and financial goals.

In Short

• Drive the overall financial planning process, including the Annual Plan, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year projections.
• Build and manage bottom-up budgets and profitability metrics.
• Build multi-scenario financial models and analyze customer data.
• Deliver accurate forecasting including YTD and full year forecast.
• Partner with business leaders to measure performance against Key Metrics.
• Develop and manage KPIs such as bookings, MRR, CAC, and EBITDA.
• Manage sales compensation plans and sales capacity planning.
• Manage reporting standardization and deployment of new reporting tools.
• Manage cap table, debt, interest, and cash forecast.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of relevant professional experience in FP&A.
• Software industry experience preferred.
• Experience at a Private Equity portfolio company preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of process improvement.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software.
• BS degree required; MBA preferred.
