Commercial Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administrate and organize all types of commercial projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

In Short

• Coordinate all Commercial Window & Doors projects.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with sales team/clients to identify and define requirements.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• Help prepare project quotes in coordination with pricing specialists.
• Analyze risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in project coordination.
• Experience in customer service and order management.
• Ability to prepare and interpret technical specifications.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of Accu-quote software.
• Strong Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Project preferred.
