Commercial Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administrate and organize all types of commercial projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

In Short

• Coordinate all Commercial Window & Doors project, including ordering and technical requirements.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with sales team/clients to identify and define requirements.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Help prepare project quotes in coordination with the Commercial Pricing Specialist.
• Analyze risks and opportunities for project success.
• Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance tests.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Proven work experience in Customer Service and order management.
• Ability to prepare and interpret window schedules and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
• Strong knowledge of Accu-quote software.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Project preferred.
