Overview

The Business Development Program Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for internal “Hypersteel Support,” providing critical assistance across various technical, operational, and customer service functions.

In Short

• Act as the primary internal contact for Hypersteel Support.
• Manage inquiries from builder customers.
• Become a subject matter expert in ACT Software.
• Support internal customer registration approvals.
• Track and report sales visibility.
• Assist in managing IT service requests.
• Provide dependable coverage during emergencies.
• Communicate with key internal stakeholders on logistics.
• Process engineering fees for timely lead times.
• Support ongoing team training efforts.

Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Steel building experience preferred.
• CRM proficiency, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.

• 4+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
