Overview

The Assistant General Counsel will serve as the dedicated legal business partner for the Shelter Solutions business at Cornerstone Building Brands. This role provides strategic legal counsel and support across all operations, ensuring compliance while enabling business growth.

• Serve as primary legal counsel for Shelter business unit.
• Provide proactive legal guidance to business leaders.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 4 years in a corporate role.
• Member in good standing of a State Bar.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction/building materials preferred.
• Background in commercial law and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with international business operations.
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal budgets.
