Overview

The Assistant General Counsel will lead insightsoftware’s global commercial transactions team, support the business on all contracting-related matters globally, and guide go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• JD and admitted to a bar in any U.S. state.
• 15+ years of experience in software industry.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in fast-growing environments.
• Strong knowledge of legal concepts in negotiations.
• Experience in improving contract operations.
• Understanding of privacy law related to software contracting.
• Experience with contract management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
