In Short

• Partner with the General Counsel to build the legal function from the ground up.
• Draft and negotiate Dandy’s commercial agreements with customers and partners.
• Implement regulatory compliance structures across Dandy’s business.
• Anticipate and handle any dispute-related matters.
• Execute Dandy’s intellectual property strategy.
• Handle corporate matters and implement Dandy’s equity compensation program.
• Advise Dandy’s founders and executive team on legal matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a lawyer.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate legal role.
• 3+ years of experience in-house at a tech company.
• A proven track record in executive leadership.
• JD, LL.B, or equivalent degree.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing.
