Ping Identity is seeking a UK-based only Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel, an experienced and motivated qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial cloud and software transactions, IP management and data privacy.

In Short

• Negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Work with sales operations to build scalable processes.
• Provide advice on corporate matters and compliance.
• Be on cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives.
• Provide legal guidance for entry into new markets.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of legal experience in commercial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Effective communication skills.
• Well-developed negotiation skills.
• Experience with revenue recognition issues.
• A law degree or equivalent and law qualification in the UK or EU.
