• Draft and negotiate agreements.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and bar membership.
• 4-7 years of legal experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong negotiation and legal writing skills.
• Ability to spot regulatory issues in product development.
• Strong judgment and business sense.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort working independently in a dynamic environment.
