In Short

• Lead the product strategy for features related to fraud prevention and user safety.
• Own the cohesive roadmap for Support & Safety features.
• Prioritize product investments based on risk, compliance, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and legal.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor key product metrics such as fraud rates and dispute resolution time.
• Translate evolving requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Enable audits and reporting through robust data logging.
• Passion for building user-friendly and secure products.
• 3+ years of product management experience required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or risk/security domains.
• Proven track record in building systems or features related to security and compliance.
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and user protection standards.
• Experience in designing user flows for sensitive use cases.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data science teams.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Passion for user safety and fair products.
