Overview

Core BTS is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to prospect and qualify potential customers for our digital transformation consulting and IT professional services.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to set up appointments.
  • Work with the marketing team for follow-up outreach.
  • Document and track activities using CRM and sales tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified appointments.
  • Partner with strategic partners to drive new account strategies.
  • Build and manage outbound email campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets for qualified appointments.
  • Experience selling technology or consulting services preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
