In Short

  • Cordance is seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to work across multiple business units and vertical industries.
  • Research prospective customers and create outreach strategies.
  • Identify early-stage sales opportunities and conduct exploratory conversations with prospects.
  • Utilize business acumen to position the value proposition of products or solutions.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting activities to qualify potential leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and pre-sales team members.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas.
  • Utilize CRM and Sales Engagement tools to track activities.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement prospecting strategies.
  • Receive a monthly stipend for remote work support.

Requirements

  • Interest in a career in sales with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and confidence to work autonomously.
  • Creative problem solver with strong research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and prospecting strategies is a plus.
  • Experience with sales tools like CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience working with distributed teams is a bonus.
