Overview

We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients – identifying new opportunities, starting conversations, and helping us build strong relationships from the very beginning.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through research on various channels.
  • Initiate first contact via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct initial needs assessments to understand each lead’s unique challenges.
  • Evaluate leads against predefined criteria.
  • Pass on qualified leads to the Sales team.
  • Deliver product demos to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our CRM system.
  • Regularly prepare reports on your activities, results, and key wins.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Support on adjacent tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with people on the phone and via email.
  • Structured, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong research skills and a keen eye for spotting opportunities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
