In Short

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.
  • Conduct research and personalized outreach.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with engineering, QA, and IT leaders.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Help build and iterate on outbound campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity and coachability.
  • High energy and self-starter mindset.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with technical products is a bonus.
  • A team player in a fast-paced environment.
