We are seeking a Reliability Engineer/Senior Reliability Engineer to contribute to product reliability assessments and collaborate across multi-functional teams.

In Short

• Provide product reliability assessment services at the Sidney, OH site.
• Develop product life analyses and test plans.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance product reliability.
• Analyze reliability data to support design decisions.
• Contribute to product development gate reviews and risk assessments.
• Utilize physics of failure approach for complex engineering problems.
• Assist in root cause analysis of failures.
• Participate in new product development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering product development.
• Solid understanding of the Refrigeration cycle and thermodynamics.
• Experience with quality techniques like FMEA, 8D, DMAIC.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA required.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Basic understanding of reliability life analysis and stress acceleration models preferred.
