In Short

• Critical role in supporting platform operational stability, observability, automation, and performance.
• Work closely with SRE architect and engineers to implement tooling.
• Build and maintain tools to improve reliability and performance of platform services.
• Implement observability practices and integrate SRE tooling.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and optimize performance.
• Automate and streamline deployment and testing processes.
• Contribute to shared engineering patterns across domain teams.
• Support service virtualization and test data management tooling.
• Apply distributed tracing and multi-tenant architecture patterns.
• Participate in advancing lower environment strategy for stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with SRE tooling (e.g., New Relic, PagerDuty).
• Proficiency in programming languages (Go, Java, Python).
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Prior SRE experience preferred but not mandatory.
