In Short

• Lead architecture design and implementation for end-to-end Salesforce solutions focused on customer experience, usability, scalability, and system reliability.
• Develop and execute the Salesforce team’s strategic roadmap within Workplace Solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and UX experts to map customer and user journeys.
• Architect integrations among Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
• Drive innovation by exploring and applying emerging Salesforce technologies.
• Participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events.
• Mentor engineers, analysts, and product owners on customer-centric architecture.
• Travel to Omaha as necessary to partner with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an enterprise Salesforce Architect across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Deep understanding of customer support and case management frameworks within Salesforce.
• Proven ability to map and design user and customer journeys.
• Experience with domain-driven design and modern API development.
• Familiarity with operational metrics such as response time and user satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills with a track record of aligning teams.
• Commitment to agile delivery practices and continuous learning.
• Knowledge of the SAFe framework and Agile Release Train (ART) is preferred.
