Overview

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the Professional Services team, responsible for designing and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and our Salesforce-based product capabilities.

In Short

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions for customers.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Salesforce-based applications.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for scalable and secure solutions.
• Design and oversee custom feature development and integrations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce-based solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with clients.
• Experience with API and ETL integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced level in English.
