Overview

The Senior Reliability Engineer at Dow will focus on enhancing the reliability of equipment at the Texas Operations facility, utilizing proven reliability practices to ensure sustained improvements.

In Short

Align with the reliability team supporting Energy for Texas Operations.
Monitor and report on equipment reliability and losses.
Create and validate Equipment Reliability Strategies.
Develop and maintain the Facility Reliability Plan.
Coach others in reliability engineering principles.
Facilitate the annual maintenance budget setting process.
Identify and resolve top reliability opportunities.
Support plant turnarounds and critical RCIs.
Travel up to 10% annually for business needs.
Work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant military experience.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
Familiarity with safety equipment for operations at heights.
Strong knowledge in reliability engineering tools (Weibull, RCI, FMEA).
