Overview

The Application Engineer for Refrigeration at our global climate technologies company will provide technical support and training for refrigeration and cold chain solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and product excellence.

In Short

Provide technical support for refrigeration and cold chain solutions.
Assist with product selection, heat load calculations, and system design.
Develop technical libraries and application bulletins.
Lead new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
Manage training sessions for customers on refrigeration systems.
Handle warranty claims and provide troubleshooting support.
Conduct root cause analysis for product issues.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams for product performance feedback.
Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8-10 years of experience in HVACR.
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting refrigeration applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software tools.
Ability to work outside typical office environments.
Willingness to travel as required.
