Application Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development, and implementation of our advanced W2E solutions. You will work closely with project teams to ensure technical excellence from concept through to operational handover, contributing your expertise to complex and impactful projects.

In Short

• Lead client technical discussions and create feasibility studies.
• Draft technical scopes, equipment specs, and compliance matrices for bids.
• Execute thermodynamic, fluid flow, and CAPEX/OPEX calculations.
• Select/specify core equipment and manage RFQs.
• Ensure seamless transition from sales to execution teams.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Energy Engineering.
• 5+ years in energy/O&G/heavy machinery client-facing roles.
• Experience with W2E/gasification/turbine systems.
• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) and simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS/HTRI).
• Mastery of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with EPC contract structures and supplier management.
• Certifications (PMP, PE, CEng) are a plus.
