Application Engineer - Remote

Overview

Sunflower Bank is seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer to provide Level II and Level III application support for banking-related software and devices.

In Short

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot banking application issues.
• Install and maintain Windows-based banking applications.
• Monitor performance to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts to fix bugs.
• Assist in deploying and configuring applications.
• Document support processes and maintain records.
• Conduct user training on application features.
• Stay updated on application updates and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain systems per SBNA security standards and GLBA compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience providing application support, specializing in COTS applications.
• Operational knowledge of condition monitoring and associate applications.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
• Experience installing and maintaining applications on Windows Server.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management and Data Loss Prevention solutions preferred.
